Donald Wuerl is a highly regarded American psychiatrist and the current Archbishop of Washington, D.C. He is a member of the board of directors of the Chicago-based Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC), and serves on the board of trustees for the International Association of Specialists in Addiction Psychiatry (IASAP). He is also a vice-chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and a member of the World Federation for Mental Health's International Advisory Committee.
